Write a tone once, such as cinematic, cheerful or dark and moody, and connect it to the Look input of image and video nodes, which add it to their prompt.
The Tone node holds a short description of the tone you want, such as cinematic, cheerful or dark and moody. Connect it to the Look input of image and video nodes, and each one adds the tone to the end of its prompt when it runs. One Tone node can feed many nodes, so a whole project shares the same tone without repeating the words in every prompt.
When to use it
- Give every image and video of a storyboard the same tone.
- Try the same scenes in another tone by changing one node.
- Add your own words to many prompts at once, when no picker in the catalog says what you want.
Quick start
Add the node
Press Tab on the canvas and choose Models › Generation Settings › Tone.
Write the tone
In the settings panel, type the Tone, for example warm, nostalgic, golden-hour lighting.
Connect it
Connect the Tone node to the Look input of Generate Image or Generate Video. One Tone node can feed as many nodes as you like.
Run the connected nodes
Each connected node adds the tone to the end of its prompt when it runs.

The node has no Prompt hint toggle. Its text is added exactly as written.
What it connects to

The tone is skipped when the prompt already names the Tone node as a prompt variable, such as {Tone}, so the words are not added twice.
For Generate Script, type the tone in the script's own Tone setting. The other Generation Settings nodes cannot be wired into generation nodes.
Tips
- Be specific. A short phrase with detail, such as
warm, nostalgic, golden-hour lighting, works better than one word. - Use one Tone node per project. Connect it to every image and video node that should share the tone.
- Use pickers for tested wording. For a catalog mood, use the Mood picker, and keep Tone for your own words.

Scene Count
The Scene Count node holds a number of scenes, 5 by default. It cannot be wired into Generate Script, which has its own Number of Scenes setting.

The Style Guide node holds written visual direction. It cannot be wired into generation nodes, so put your style in Generate Script, Generate Image or a picker.
