Subscription Plans

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account.

Free Trial

Nodaro offers a free tier with 150 one-time credits and a 30 credits per day limit. We encourage you to try the platform before purchasing a paid plan.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at info@nodaro.ai within 7 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for verified technical failures on our end.

Payment Processor
