1. What Information We Collect

When You Create an Account

When you sign up for Nodaro, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Authentication credentials (or third-party login data if you sign in via Google or other providers)

We collect these details to create and manage your account and to provide you with access to the Platform.

When You Use the Platform

As you use Nodaro, we may collect:

• Prompts and inputs you provide to generate content (text prompts, uploaded images, audio files, and other media)
• Generated outputs (images, videos, audio, and other files created through the Platform)
• Workflow data (the structure and configuration of your workflows)
• Usage data (credits consumed, features used, timestamps of activity)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• Process your workflows and generate AI content on your behalf
• Manage your account, subscriptions, and credit balance
• Send you essential service communications (account verification, billing updates, security alerts)
• Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms and Conditions
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Improve and develop the Platform

We do not use your personal data for developing, improving, or training AI or machine learning models.

For Cloud users, as stated in our Terms, you grant us a limited right to use your data to improve our services. This refers to aggregate, anonymized usage patterns (such as which features are most used, error rates, and performance metrics) - not to your prompts, generated content, or personal files.

3. AI Providers and Third-Party Services

Nodaro integrates with third-party AI service providers to generate content on your behalf. When you run a workflow, the prompts and inputs you provide may be transmitted to these providers for processing. Current providers include, but are not limited to:

• AI video and image generation providers (e.g., KIE.ai, Replicate)
• Text-to-speech providers (e.g., ElevenLabs)
• Music generation providers (e.g., Suno)

Important: Each provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service. We transmit only the data strictly necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., a text prompt to generate an image). We do not send your account information, email address, or other personal details to these providers.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party providers whose services you use through the Platform. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe, which acts as our payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credit top-ups, Stripe collects your billing information, including your name, address, and payment details (e.g., credit card information).

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance. Your payment transactions will appear under the name "Stripe" on your statements.

5. Content You Create on the Platform

Ownership

All content you create using Nodaro - including images, videos, audio, and other generated media - remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content.

How We Handle Your Content

• Cloud version: Your prompts and generated content are stored on our servers to enable you to access, manage, and re-use your work. We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Self-Hosted version: Your content remains entirely on your own infrastructure. We have no access to it, except for data required for license validation.

Visibility

• Free plan: Generated outputs are publicly accessible by default and include a watermark.
• Standard plan and above: You can set outputs to private.

Deletion

• Free plan: Files are automatically deleted after two months.
• Paid plans: Files are deleted two months after cancellation of your subscription.
• You may delete individual files at any time through the Platform.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• AI service providers: As described in Section 3, to process your workflow requests.
• Payment processor (Stripe): To handle billing and subscriptions.
• Analytics providers: To understand Platform usage and improve performance (see Section 10).
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers managed by our infrastructure providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Israel, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your jurisdiction. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable law.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Specifically:

• Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and legal compliance purposes.
• Generated content (Cloud): See Section 5 for retention and deletion schedules.
• Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and performance analysis, then anonymized or deleted.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details.
• Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data.
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

For Israeli Residents

You have rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data held in our databases.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and ensure the Platform functions properly.

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. This data is collected in aggregate and is used solely to improve the user experience and Platform performance.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

11. Self-Hosted Version

If you use the Self-Hosted version of Nodaro:

• Your data stays on your servers. We do not have access to your workflows, prompts, generated content, or any other data stored on your infrastructure.
• License validation: The software may periodically communicate with our servers to validate your license key. This communication includes only the license key and basic system information - no user content or personal data.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security, backup, and privacy of data on your own infrastructure.

12. Children's Privacy

Nodaro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
