Nodaro is a visual workflow editor for generative AI. You place **nodes** on a canvas — each node does one job, such as writing a script, generating an image, animating it into a video, or adding a voiceover — and connect them into a **workflow**. When you run the workflow, Nodaro runs every step in order and passes each result to the next node.

Workflow: A typical workflow: an idea becomes a script, frames, clips, a voiceover and one finished video.

- Text → Generate Script
- Generate Script → Generate Image (prompt)
- Generate Image → Generate Video (start frame)
- Generate Script → Text to Speech (narration)
- Generate Video → Merge Video & Audio
- Text to Speech → Merge Video & Audio

## Where Nodaro runs

- **Nodaro Cloud** at [app.nodaro.ai](https://app.nodaro.ai) — sign in, get free credits, and use every model with no setup.
- **Community Edition** — the same editor on your own server. It is free to self-host under the Nodaro Sustainable Use License. See [Self-hosting](https://nodaro.ai/docs/self-hosting).
- **From your tools** — the [MCP server](https://nodaro.ai/docs/mcp), the [REST API and SDK](https://nodaro.ai/docs/developers), and the [CLI](https://nodaro.ai/docs/developers/cli) reach the same workflows and models.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Nodaro?

Nodaro is a visual workflow editor for generative AI. You place nodes on a canvas, connect them, and Nodaro runs the chain for you, for example a script, then images, then video clips, a voiceover and captions. It works with more than a hundred image, video and audio models.

### Do I need to know how to code to use Nodaro?

No. You build workflows by dragging nodes onto the canvas and connecting them, or by describing what you want to the Copilot. Developers can also drive Nodaro from code with the REST API, the TypeScript SDK and the CLI.

### Is Nodaro free?

A new Nodaro Cloud account starts with free credits, and you pay for generations with credits after that. The Community Edition is free to self-host under the Nodaro Sustainable Use License.

### Can AI assistants use Nodaro?

Yes. Nodaro has an MCP server, so assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can create images and videos, build workflows and run them for you.
